While Bubble was stuck in the Big brother House his fiancee was having a steamy affair behind his back. Stephanie Johnston was snapped kissing and cuddling romeo Steve Summers. Steve said: "We have fantastic sex together. It's very passionate. Bubble's in for a shock."

Hunk Steve said stunning Stephanie had been secretly two-timing Bubble with him for months - even before Bubble left for the East End house. Poor Bubble. While he was stuck in the house he was just about the only one who didn't know what was going on. He yelled "I love you, Steph" to the outside world when Penny was evicted from the house.

Painter and decorator Steve and Stephanie were childhood sweethearts, but split years ago. However, they met again by chance after Christmas and Steve claimed they were soon back romping between the sheets. Steve said: "It's very passionate between us. The sex is very different this time around. But to tell you the truth, it doesn't last that long because I find her so attractive. Stephanie says I'm much better in bed than Bubble is. We mostly have sex round my house and she loves it. Stephanie's no angel. Bubble's got a massive shock waiting when he comes out. He'll be devastated and things are going to explode. She'd told me at first she was with Bubble, but soon after she said they'd split up and that she was with me. So she's lied to us both. But I will stand by her because we need to sort this out. She says she loves both of us. When Stephanie first confessed to me that she and Bubble hadn't really split up, I just couldn't believe it. All this is difficult for me because Stephanie was my first proper girlfriend. I fell in love with her and I've always had feelings for her. We always said we'd get married. She is obviously confused by everything that's happened with Bubble joining Big Brother. She doesn't like him flirting in the house and my fear is that, because he's on the show, she'll want to continue seeing him because of his new-found fame.

Steve continued: "I really hope Bubble wins Big Brother and stays in till the end. The longer he's in the house, the better chance I have of him not being part of Stephanie's life."

When shown the photographs, English Literature graduate Stephanie - who has accepted Bubble's marriage proposal - denied leading a double life and having sex with Steve. She said: "I love Bubble and wouldn't want anything to jeopardise that. I know what people will think when they see these pictures, but Steve knows I love Bubble and that it's hard for me at the moment."

But Stephanie insisted: "I miss Bubble and hate to think that he could be in the house for nine weeks. I love him so much I can't even bear to watch the show. I know the photos must look really bad, but Steve was my first love and is there when I need him to be. I just hope Bubble will understand."

After cheating Steph was exposed she decided to end her fling with Steve.

Steve said: "I've lost her now - that's for sure. She phoned me after seeing the pictures in the paper and went mad. There's no future between us and she won't talk to me any more."

Bubble was sure the beauty would be faithful when he entered London's Big Brother house. One pal said: "He'll freak when he hears all this."

Bubble was in for another shock when he walked back to freedom on Friday night and learned at last that Stephanie had been accused of bedding Steve while he was in the house. Emotional Stephanie told Bubble: "You know it's a pile of pants. You know I love you. I wouldn't do that." But after his TV interview with presenter Davina McCall he confronted Stephanie off-camera and asked her to explain why she was pictured kissing Steve. She again denied the affair. After a further emotional heart-to-heart Bubble forgave Steph and let her share his bed at a posh central London hotel. It was after this that he emerged looking relaxed and happy at breakfast, smiled at Steph and said it was just what he needed to satisfy his suppressed urges. Then he revealed that he is to press ahead with their marriage plans. "I love my girlfriend. I love her to bits," he smiled.
