Brian set for Saturday morning job

Brian Dowling is to become a reporter for CD:UK.

He has signed a deal with TV production company Blaze, who make CD:UK and SMTV Live.

According to the Media Guardian, he is being groomed to eventually take over from Ant and Dec as the host of SMTV when the duo leave.

Brian is already set to star in a documentary charting his progress from air steward to television presenter, and may also star in a Christmas special.
